Long Valley Hydrologic Advisory Committee (LVHAC)

The Long Valley Hydrologic Advisory Committee (LVHAC), formed in 1987, reviews hydrological data and makes non-binding suggestions for monitoring and project conditions meant to protect the thermal and non-thermal hydrologic resources of the Long Valley Caldera. 

LVHAC membership is open to all governmental agencies that have geothermal or hydrology related permitting, regulatory, or operational activities within the Long Valley Caldera and non-governmental interests of persons or entities owning equity in an enterprise that controls hydrologic or geothermal resources.
