I would like to welcome you to our web site. As the 21st person to serve as the Sheriff of Mono County I am honored to represent the men and women that comprise the Sheriff’s Department. Our dedicated personnel are committed to the best service possible to the citizens and visitors of Mono County. With changes in technology since Sheriff N.F. Scott was elected in 1861, we are better able to respond to the needs of our citizens and visitors, however it is my commitment that we not lose sight of the personal service that has been a core value of Mono County Sheriff’s Department. The Mono County Sheriff’s Department is committed to providing the highest level of professional law enforcement services to enhance the quality of life for the citizens and visitors to Mono County.
